- Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (Flexibility required for global events)
- Compensation: Up to ยฃ45,000 plus commission

About the Role
SBC Media seeks a Senior Media Sales Executive to spearhead the growth of our media solutions and enhance the value of media sales across our brands. This role will focus on expanding our client base and driving sales growth within a global market.
After achieving a 175% revenue increase over the past three years, SBC Media is poised for further expansion. The successful candidate will work autonomously to cultivate a pipeline of opportunities within their client base and will report directly to the Commercial Director.
You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, delivering effective media solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and making strategic recommendations while staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell advertising, content, and multimedia services across SBCโs media portfolio, including news websites, directories, newsletters, magazines, podcasts, and webinars.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and aligning SBCโs media services to meet those needs.
- Contribute to SBC Mediaโs growth strategy by providing market intelligence and innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with media delivery, editorial, and marketing teams to exceed client expectations.
- Maximize revenue potential across SBC Mediaโs flagship brands and ensure successful sales results.
- Manage the sales cycle from planning to reporting, including lead generation, relationship management, and CRM system utilization.
- Represent SBC Media at events and exhibitions globally, including Europe, North America, and Latin America.
About You
You should possess:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building.
- A background in selling advertising and media services for B2B media companies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with industry executives.
- A strong drive to meet targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and business conditions.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to problem-solving.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of the betting and gaming industry.
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Experience with Google Drive/Docs, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (HubSpot).
